Sue Danielsen – Director
Sue and Nils established Wildfire in 1996. She has worked full time at Wildfire as the Office Manager for over 10 years and has recently taken over running the company since her husband’s illness. She is customer relationship and team focused and having been actively involved since the beginning, Sue has extensive knowledge of Wildfire projects, customers and suppliers. With training in architectural drafting and interior design plus experience in the airline and real estate industries, Sue is resilient and dedicated to continuing the integrity and legacy of Wildfire Commercial Kitchens & Bars. Andrew Cook - Project Manager
Upon his return from Australia in 2016, Andy re-joined the Wildfire team as an integral member working alongside Nils, supporting a range of key clients and projects across New Zealand and the Pacific. Having previously worked for Wildfire, he solely managed the new Eden Park South Stand project for the 2011 Rugby World Cup – the biggest hospitality project in New Zealand at the time. With a background in logistics, automotive engineering and hospitality, Andy is personable, practical and detailed.


Peter Yeo – Project Manager
Peter’s first interaction with Wildfire was as a client. Working as a personal chef, he experienced first-hand how Wildfire designed and installed a high-end kitchen and when the opportunity arose, he joined the team in a project management role. A City and Guilds trained chef with many years of international experience, his skills provide clients with the assurance of a detailed understanding of their needs and those of their stakeholders. A creative and lateral thinker with attention to detail, Peter strives to exceed client expectations.


Cobus Klopper – Project Manager
As an Executive Chef with many years of international and local experience in top restaurants from South Africa to the United Kingdom, Cobus was looking for a new challenge. While working with the Savor Group on their Mission Bay Stonehouse Pavilion project, Cobus gained an appreciation for our work and we are delighted to now welcome him to the Wildfire Team. With his creative and practical understanding of both client and hospitality staff needs, Cobus brings a wealth of industry knowledge of equipment, flow and function. He is no stranger to working under pressure, within budget and meeting deadlines.


Craig Cunningham - General Manager - Sales
Craig has joined Wildfire as our new General Manager - Sales. With over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry his face will be familiar to many, particularly in the design and operational spaces. With his depth of knowledge, his ability to think outside the box and his approachable affable nature, Craig is indeed a welcome addition to our team. Email Craig at


Amani Fawzy – CAD Team Leader
Amani has been with Wildfire for 17 years which speaks for itself. Having over 25 years CAD experience in both the furniture and hospitality sectors, Amani is one of New Zealand’s most experienced and competent commercial kitchen and bar CAD operators. With a Bachelor of Interior Design and her experience under Nils’ direction, Amani is a strong leader within the Wildfire team and her long term commitment to the success of Wildfire is evident in her years of tenure. Amander Vincent – CAD Drafting Technician
Amander has 12 years CAD experience in the hospitality, education and health sectors. Returning from the UK she joined Wildfire in 2015 and is a bright and cheerful addition to the team. Del Ventura – Estimator
Del has 15 years of experience across the hospitality, construction, print, pharmaceutical and retail sectors. Qualified with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Construction Management), Del’s attention to detail and negotiation skills are crucial to the success of Wildfire pricing and tenders. Fred Le Zhang – Accounts Manager
Holding a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) degree, Fred has 10 years accounting experience across various sectors. His role in the Wildfire team is integral, he is a detailed and analytical problem-solver with effective planning and great interpersonal skills. Yanni Wang – Project Administrator
As a qualified Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) and a very experienced team member, Yanni has proven her value and versatility across several roles. Spread over 10 years, Yanni’s service has included Accounts Manager, Project Support, Estimating and Administration roles.
