SkyCity Production Kitchen - Auckland
After 28 years the original production kitchen at SkyCity needed to be revamped. This was a quick turnaround project, as they weren’t prepared to work out of a temporary kitchen for long, considering the volume they manage. Lots of large equipment was ordered very early on to meet the deadline - Tagalavini Rotating Baking Ovens, 40x tray Convetherms Combi Ovens and 140L Bear mixers plus some equipment that New Zealand kitchens have never seen before! For an approx. 1000sqm kitchen, it took six months from conception to completion.
