Considered layouts and use of space was essential. We delivered a fully operational service kitchen, with a secondary prep kitchen located close by. An Italian fusion menu is achieved through a rotating Valoriani Base Pizza oven and 3x Moffat Convotherm Combi ovens enabling flexibility & capacity for quick, fire service. Multiple cocktail stations across the bar, enable the restaurant to produce high end beverages. With expansive views across Lake Wakatipu and the iconic TSS Earnslaw departing and arriving, local diners and tourists alike leave with lasting memories each week.
