Again, Wildfire were engaged early in the design process, which is always fundamental to a successful fitout. The kitchen incorporated iVario Pro, a Duo stacked Rational Combi ovens and a MKN lineup with Frymaster deep fryers. As well as the kitchen, the fitout included buffet zones, coffee station and bar areas. Efficient workflow was key to maximising client usage in short timeframes before flights, these areas included a cold deck with gantry, Cooktec and Vintec wine fridges, Skope fridges and Hoshizaki ice machines.
