Mensa Café - Viaduct Harbour
A small, compact space always presents its own set of challenges - not a 1mm to spare! This is where the smaller 10x Tray Combi Ovens come into play, Giorik fitted the bill perfectly as well as a Hoodmaster Hood and a Moffat Hotline. A dedicated pizza area out the front with an Electric Moretti Forno Pizza Oven keeps the loyal, local clients happy. We worked closely with the interior designers who had a certain look they wanted to achieve, a great end result that the operator was very pleased with.
