Tokoriki Island Resort, Fiji
When Tokoriki Island resort in Fiji was undertaking a major refurbishment, they needed expertise and experience to design their new kitchen and bar facilities. Wildfire designed, supplied and installed the kitchen and bar featuring bespoke island work stations and an integrated kitchen ‘pass’ servery counter with waterfall ends and recessed LED lighting. Now working in possibly one of the best kitchens in Fiji, their chefs create daily a-la-carte menus featuring local and imported produce
with a modern international twist.
