The Public Catering Co.
The brief was to establish a bakery and café capable of manufacturing a full range of Craft breads, pastries, doughnuts and ice-cream, to service the local restaurants and be a standalone Café and Bakery. Wildfire designed, supplied and installed the complete bakery kitchen and front service counter which features the latest European ice cream and gelato display unit, plus an integrated food display system for the freshly made sandwiches, salads and pastry items. Wildfire recommended and installed premium Moffat bakery equipment to bake the stunning range of craft breads, pastries, pies and cakes. The outstanding location, décor and design makes this installation truly unique and one of the best café bakeries in New Zealand.
